1. Acceptance

By installing, enrolling or using the MobixMDM application and console, you agree to these Terms. MobixMDM is an enterprise mobile device management (MDM) product intended for company-owned or organization-managed Android devices.

2. License

MobixMDM grants the organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the application on the devices it owns or is authorized to manage, for internal business purposes.

3. Acceptable use

• The application must be deployed only on devices the organization owns or has the legal right to manage.
• End users must be informed that their device is managed, as required by applicable law.
• Remote-support and monitoring features must be used lawfully and only for legitimate device-management purposes.

4. Self-hosting & responsibility

MobixMDM is self-hosted. The organization operating the server is responsible for its infrastructure, security, lawful use, and for honoring data-subject requests as data controller.

5. Disclaimer & liability

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MobixMDM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

6. Changes

These Terms may be updated; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
